Our advanced computer system holds over 2500 properties, with in excess of 100 available for immediate occupation, ranging from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 6 bedroom corporate, detached residence. We have city centre, suburban, and rural properties available to suit all budgets from €450 to €2500 per calendar month.

You can register online or in our offices in 22 Marlboro Street, Cork.
When you register, you will be asked for your requirements i.e. location, budget, property size and any special needs you may have. Once you have registered with us, you will be entitled to view as many properties as you want within your criteria from our large constant database of properties. We will schedule and arrange appointments to suit you. We will accompany you when viewing any property, unless otherwise arranged with the owner.
You will be regularly informed of any new properties that come on our books that meet your requirements.

Your registration will remain active until you have secured a property that meets your needs.

Our office hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm.


What will Homefinders Auctioneers do for you…

Once you have registered with our office either by email or through our office, you will have a property negotiator assigned to you. You will receive a personalised service with regular contact from your agent, informing you of any properties which meet your criteria.
Viewing arrangements can be tailored around times that are convenient for you.

Our agents will be available for you, from your first viewing right up to the time you secure a property that is right for you.

If you are not familiar with Cork city and the greater Cork area, our agents will be more than happy & willing to offer their knowledge, advice and expertise. We will endeavour to make you feel at home in Cork.


What you will need…

Once you have found a property that you like and the duration of the lease has been ascertained, usually six or twelve month agreements.

We require :

A deposit equivalent to one months rent and the first months rent will have to be paid in full to Homefinders Auctioneers office.
Photocopy of occupants passport is required. Weekly and fortnightly rent is accepted where it has been previously agreed with the property owner.
We may require references for intended occupants, from your :

Financial/Current employer & Previous landlord
You may also be required to provide your :
Personal Public Service Numbers (PPS number)
