THE END OF THE TENANCY

We will assume responsibility for checking the tenant out of the property, and the contents compared to the original inventory. If repairs are needed these will be arranged, or if items have been lost or damaged the cost will be deducted from the tenant’s bond, where appropriate.

At this point, we will identify any repairs or maintenances that may be needed. This is also an ideal time for the landlord to carry out any refurbishment work to upgrade the property.

If you require a new tenant to be found, we will use the period of notice to market the property, so as to minimize the time that it is vacant and unproductive.
